Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to use this new logo?
How you take yourself to market as an independent agent is specific to your book of business. If you have a brand of your own, you may choose to continue to use that. Owner Operators, as independent contractors running under any of the Bridgeway Motor Carrier authorities will need to utilize the refreshed brand with the door decals provided.
How does using the new logo benefit me?
Research has shown that larger clients prefer to work with larger suppliers, so you now have the option to go to market fully under the Bridgeway name. As part of the Bridgeway network, you have access to a broad set of capabilities (intermodal, cross-border, specialty, etc.) to target a larger share of your customers freight spend. You’ve already built a strong business. Choosing to go to market with a Bridgeway logo mark gives your business even more room to grow.
Where should i use the new logo?
Anywhere you present yourself to the public! Email signatures, social media accounts, truck door signs, business cards, communications with customers and carriers, signage at your offices, etc. Use the links on this page to access files that you can use to make all of these changes.
what logo will my customers see on invoices?
They will see the refreshed logo. The invoice will look the same, be delivered in the same manner and there is no change to the remittance information.
will rate confirmations be updated?
Yes. Rate confirmations will display the new logos.
Are there rules on how I can use the logo?
Our usage or brand guidelines will give you examples of how to use the brand mark. While the guidelines only show the Bridgeway logo, all the same guardrails apply for the new entity logos as well.
Will i get new door decals for my truck(s)?
Yes. You will receive these from the safety team as they become available. Your current placards do not need to be returned to us, you can dispose of them. In the unlikely event that you remove them in one piece, please cut them up prior to disposing of them.
How can I update my video conferencing background?
You can find background images and instructions for using them in Zoom, Teams and Google Meet here.
How can I use LinkedIn to showcase this new logo?
LinkedIn is a great place to display our unified look. Background images for all the brands and instructions on how to use them can be found here.
You can also use the refresh script to create a post announcing the update.
Finally, don’t forget to follow @bridgewayconnects on LinkedIn as well!
What other assets are available?
Where can I find a template to update my email signature?
What titles can I use when representing a Bridgeway brand?
As an independent agent or owner operator in the Bridgeway network, you benefit from the size and depth of the firm. Titles that you can use include “Independent Agent”, “Owner Operator”, “Freight Agency Owner”, “President of <insert freight agency name here>.”
Titles that imply a management or leadership position at Bridgeway or one of the sub brands may cause you legal implications down the road, so steer clear of those!
can i get business cards with the refreshed logo?
We do have Bridgeway branded business cards available. Note: we do not offer business cards that reflect a sub brand (Jones Motor, TMX Logistics). Feel free to create your own using the logo files provided. To see an example of this business card, click here.
How can I updated my Facebook profile to use the updated logo?
Images and how to use them in Facebook can be found here.
who can i contact if i have more questions?
Agents can contact their Regional President. Owner Operators can reach out to headstart@bridgeway.io.
Can I keep using the old logo?
Our legacy logos are an important part of our history. As we continue to focus on growth and expansion, we will continue to preserve consistency across our network. Retiring the legacy logos is a critical part of this plan. Understanding that this isn’t a small ask, we are phasing out the use of all legacy logos by the end of 2025 and request our independent agents and owner operators support the timeline as well.
